The City Planning Department will be holding an Open House for the USC Specific Plan on Saturday, January 7th from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., and on Thursday, January 12th from 6-8 p.m. Both meetings will be held at the EXPO Center in Exposition Park, and both meetings will have the same information presented.
