With high school graduation about a month away the Southeast / Central senior class is ready to tackle their future endeavors. Their Upward Bound graduation marks the start of their new life as no longer high school students but prospect college students ready to take on the reading, studying, all nighters, freshman 15 etc. they will encounter in college.
A total of 25 seniors will be graduating from Fremont High, Los Angeles High, Santee Education Complex and Jefferson High Schools in 2010. Two seniors received a $250 scholarship to put toward their college education.
This eclectic group, will be attending colleges from coast to coast (California to New York) and in between (Philadelphia). This year’s senior class has excelled beyond their own expectations and pushed their own boundaries to secure their future educations.
