USC along with the African Millenium Foundation through the Pen Pal Program promotes Literacy through reading and writing as our core mission. Promoting PEACE though literacy and wellness in the local communities is an added value. During 2008 PPP celebrated the year of PEACE in our Gloabl Communities and at St. Agnes Parish. Students connected globally with peers in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and South Africa.
