24th Street Theatre
Located on 24th Street just west of Hoover, the 24th Street Theatre has a special place in the cultural life of West Adams.

Founded in 1996 as a community-based professional theatre, the theatre has mounted many outstanding productions, opened its intimate 99 seat stage to other companies, and provided a setting for drama classes for community youth and jazz concerts on off-production nights. Its Saturday Explorer series of plays for children is a big community hit. It also sports a small art gallery in the lobby.
