On Sunday, March 7th, 2010, the Exposition Park Chess Club will host a free, unrated, three-round chess tournament at the Exposition Park Library.
Players of all skill levels in chess are invited to compete. In-person registration for the tournament begins at 1:00 PM and ends promptly at 1:30 PM.
Winners in the tournament will have their names published in the chess column of the Los Angeles Times newspaper, posted transnationally in a major, chess-related Usenet newsgroup, as well as celebrated worldwide on our chess club's Web site.
All are welcome to enter! We'll be looking forward to seeing you there!
