Iridescent is a science education nonprofit. We train engineers and scientists to develop and conduct inquiry-based science courses for families.
We recently secured a physical space that we are converting into a combination of science lab and interactive museum that will be open to the public.
We are doing a special, "Girls and Mothers Science Night" series on the Physics of Animal Locomotion.
The sessions will be conducted on Friday evenings beginning April 9th until April 30th. Each session will be 2 hours each and will be held at our space (553 W 23rd St, Los Angeles, 90007) from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
Refreshments will be provided. This special inaugural series is free.
We are capping the course at 15 students and they can register online here: http://iridescentlearning.org/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=41&Itemid=40
