This true story of a ten year mentoring project is now receiving
recognition from film festivals throughout Southern California. Stars of
the film will be in attendance including college graduates who attended
Foshay and participated in the USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative,
choir director and mentor Tom Sturges, and film director Reginald Brown.
The program will include the Foshay Jazz Band led by Vince Womack,
current Foshay Mentoring Choir, and highlights of the successes of the
USC Neighborhood Academic Initiative.
