ECCLA has a new theme for its spring essay contest!
Students in 6th-12th grade can win cash prizes for essays on the theme "If I Could Spend a Day With a Person from the Past, Who Would It Be and Why?"
Students attending schools in the ECCLA area (located between Olympic, Slauson, Crenshaw, Alameda) qualify to win up to $100 for their personal narrative. Teachers are encouraged to enter their students' work. Application form, instructions, judging rubric, instructions, judging rubric are all available at www.eccla.org.
