Event Description

The Institute of Musical Arts is hosting an "Open Tea and
Tapas" luncheon at Doña Barbara's Tea and Tapas, on
Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.

Doña Barbara's Tea and Tapas is a private, reservation-only tea room, located in the Institute of Musical Arts residence, presenting refined, elegant, custom-designed afternoon Tea and Tapas menus for group events. At Doña Barbara's, we provide Afternoon Tea and Tapas with an emphasis on California contemporary cuisine. No crustless finger sandwiches or scones at our AfternoonTeas! Your meal will be beautifully presented on a 3 - tiered tray, and will consist of 9 separate items. We promise you will never leave Doña Barbara’s hungry.

Each meal is freshly prepared from the best locally-sourced
ingredients available, and includes sweet and savory
offerings. We offer a variety of teas to choose from, and
each guest gets their own (bottomless) pot of tea to enjoy.
With advance notice, we are happy to accommodate
special dietary restrictions and preferences, including
lactose-free, gluten free, sugar free, vegetarian or vegan
requests.

We are pleased to announce, as an extra treat, that Barbara H. Clark will our the featured storyteller.

Visit http://openteaandtapasmarch14.eventbrite.com to buy
tickets online, or you can pay by cash, check or credit card at the IMA office. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, while they last. All tickets must be purchased before 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, 2014. There will be only one seating for this event, and we do expect a robust
