Event Description
The United Voices of Youth is offering FREE adult literacy classes for adults struggling with reading, spelling and penmanship. The Back 2 Basics program returns to the simplicity of a phonics-based curriculum, incorporating music and rhyme to help facilitate memorization.
Classes are held weeknights and Saturdays at Christ the Good Shepherd Church, 3303 W. Vernon Avenue. Please call UVOY at 888.881.8007 to enroll or to volunteer.
