Street Carnival on Hoover in University Park
The USC Department of Public Safety will be holding the DPS Cadet Street Carnival Friday, Saturday and Sunday on Hoover between Jefferson and Adams.
Hoover street closure will begin on Wednesday, April 4th at 12pm through Monday, April
9th at 6am.
Hoover Street will be closed to vehicle traffic
from Adams to Jefferson. No parking will be
allowed on Hoover. Only pedestrian traffic
will be allowed.
Buses will be rerouted and will not be allowed
down Hoover starting Wednesday,
April 4th.
Volunteer workers are authorized to park in
the University Village. A valid DPS Parking
pass must be displayed visibly on the dashboard
of the car to avoid being towed.
To Drop‐off and Pick‐up children: Parents
will turn RIGHT on Hoover from Jefferson,
drop‐off/pick‐up child(ren) from daycare
facility. Parents will then turn RIGHT on 32nd
Street to exit.
