Stimulus money in South LA

From Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas:
L.A. County is already benefitting from some $20 billion in federal stimulus money. And the L.A. County Department of Public Works is holding workshops in Exposition Park and other locations to help businesses bid on projects.
