Manual Arts High School's journalism students on KTLA

The school in Exposition Park neighborhood near USC is producing tomorrow's journalist. Thanks to Stan Chambers.

"Stan Chambers, KTLA-TV's roving reporter whose 61-year career as a broadcast journalist has made his name legendary in the news industry, interviewed students and instructors from Woodcraft Rangers' Magazine and Photography Clubs on the latest edition of their quarterly magazine, Innerview. The 26-page glossy, titled "Surviving the Recession," featured interviews with teachers, students and local business on how the recession is impacting their lives and work. The news segment was first broadcast on Friday, June 19, 2009. Woodcraft Rangers is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and serves over 15,000 students annually through enriching afterschool and camping programs."
