In an effort to prepare the community for the best available prevention for H1N1 (Swine Flu) ( http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/qa.htm ), the Los Angeles Community College District and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health ( http://publichealth.lacounty.gov/ ) teamed up to provide free H1N1 vaccines on the campuses of local colleges.
Individuals who plan to get vaccinated are encouraged to review the vaccination form,
available in several different languages, and found on the Public
