Regional meeting for SurveyLA, the first-ever citywide survey of Los Angeles’ historic
resources. and we hope you will participate.

SurveyLA, partially funded by a matching grant from the Getty Foundation, will
document significant historic places and neighborhoods to help inform and shape the
City’s New Community Plan that will guide future development in your area.

Historic preservation professionals conducting the survey cannot possibly know all of
the potential historic resources in your area. Your neighborhood’s information
will directly inform the survey’s evaluations and will ensure that places important to
your community are not overlooked.
