Art + Science = Ice Age Images
This month’s Art + Science is at the Page Museum at the La Brea Tar Pits. Join us to explore how science influences art, and the art inherent in science! The Page Museum is well-known for its ancient fossils, but it also has a surprising history of displaying some of the most respected art and artists in the world. Discover paintings, sculptures and recreations of prehistoric life in L.A., create your own mural or statue, and find out how cutting-edge science has changed how we represent life during the Ice Age.
