The Figueroa Corridor "is home to
the strongest-performing stores of several national restaurant chains.

the commercial real estate adviser responsible for University Gateway’s
retail tenants, stated in the release.
Two USC Schools will also moved into the ground floor of the University Gateway, the new 1,656-bed mixed-use student community across the street from the USC.
USC’s Thornton School of Music will include practice rooms and the University’s School of Policy Planning and Development will utilize its space to provide academic and research facilities for students and faculty to study urban sprawl and other issues impacting the way communities grow.
According to Mathew Burton of University Gateway: "Retailers are also seeing the significant unmet demand in the neighborhood for convenient high-quality space.”
