It's another sweep for Joe Biden. The former Vice President picked up primary wins in Arizona, Florida & Illinois, padding a significant delegate lead over fellow presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. In a victory speech from his home in Delaware, Biden showed interest in uniting Democratic voters, telling Sanders... but common goals on major issues like health care, income inequality & climate change. Speaking from his home in Vermont, Sanders largely ignored the night's results, & urged supporters to focus on the economic crisis looming over the country in the shadow of the coronavirus threat. It was no surprise that Biden walked away w/ the full hand. Polls had him leading in all three voting states, and a recent CNN poll found a majority of voters in yesterday's primary... would trust Biden in a crisis over Sanders. - AJ Willingham

Florida, Arizona & Illinois hold primary elections today. Ohio was supposed to join them, but Gov. Mike DeWine announced late last night that polls will be closed in the state today due to public health concerns. DeWine said it would be an unacceptable health risk to move forward w/ the elections. Louisiana, Georgia & Kentucky have also postponed their primaries. Joe Biden goes into today's contests w/ a few more wins under his belt. He is projected to win the Washington state primary nearly a week after it began (it is a mail-in voting state). He also picked up an endorsement from journalist and fashion legend Anna Wintour. Here are six things to watch for in today's balloting.
