Armed With a Camera (AWC) Fellowship for Emerging Media Artists - Accepting submissions through August 3rd!

Visual Communications (VC), the first Asian Pacific media arts center in the nation, is providing up to ten Asian Pacific American media artists a $1,000 stipend to complete a four to five-minute digital video by March 22, 2013.
