I own a home one block from the USC campus. At the rear of my home I have a complete one bedroom home available for rent. Perfect for 1 student or a couple. House is clean, quiet and in a good area. Looking for a serious student that needs their own quiet space. My previous tenant just graduated from USC Law. The home is now available for rent. Rent is on a standard month-to-month rental basis for $950 per month. Asking for first and last month.
